  3. Maintaining a balanced, nutritional diet.
  4. Regular 6 monthly dental assessment appointments, because even the most methodical oral care routine needs a professional touch.
    These regular visits to your dentist are to ensure the removal of any tough plaque or calculus, the application of fluoride treatment and a comprehensive examination to help detect and treat any potential issues before they develop into problems.
